TIM HARVEY
SENIOR PARTNER
Tim Harvey has been involved in the poultry industry his entire life. Building on the firm foundations his father, Albert, started, Tim has evolved the business keeping in front of the ever changing sector with determination and resilience. Tim oversees all aspects of the business whilst guiding and ensuring the values he holds dear are carried on into the future by the company.
TOM HARVEY
PARTNER
Tom Harvey has worked throughout the family business from a very young age. As Head of Operations the evolution of the processing facility has seen increased throughput and improved efficiencies year on year. Projects such as the heavy goods vehicle workshop and broiler chicken units undertaken by Tom have diversified the core of the business.
ADAM HARVEY
PARTNER
Adam Harvey returned to the family business after attending University. As Head of Sales Adam has maintained the ever present strong loyal customer base whilst also extending the A.D. Harvey brand throughout the UK. With the development of new products, under the stewardship of Adam, further opportunities for the business to grow internationally have become key.
NICKI DAY
FINANCE and ACCOUNTS MANAGER
For two decades Nicki worked for a major UK bank. Joining the business in 2010 her attention to detail and astute work has been exemplary throughout.
GLEN SMITH
ENGINEERING MANAGER
Joining A.D. Harvey in 2018, Glen brought 18 years of engineering and electrical expertise. His aptitude and quality of work have been instrumental in the development of the organisation.
OLIVER HARVEY
POULTRY SERVICE MANAGER
Grandson of Albert Harvey, Oliver has always been around the family farm.
He upholds our values during the depopulation process, with passion
and enthusiasm.
TONY SHAW
PRODUCTION MANAGER
With 40 years in the meat sector, Tony joined the team in 2020. His production driven background provides a reassuring presence in the management of the team.
PETER RICHES
TRANSPORT MANAGER
For over 35 years Peter has worked alongside the Harvey family. His four decades of experience within poultry transport and HGV operations is a great strength to our company.
PHIL WALKER
SENIOR HGV TECHNICIAN
Phil has 30 years’ experience as an HGV Technician. His understanding of HGVs provides a sure footing for A.D. Harvey’s ever-growing fleet and other local transport businesses we service.
SIMON LOCK-PENDER
TECHNICAL MANAGER
With 30 years technical experience, 20 of those being poultry based, Simon brings invaluable technical knowledge to the A.D. Harvey team.
